About the Cohort:
Complete the
entire six weeks with a small group (limited to 10) who complete the program
together, meet with me and only others in the cohort by Zoom each week to
discuss their challenges and share their stories in a confidential, safe,
judgment-free zone. This is the best option and provides the most bang for your
buck because you will be committed to doing the work and supporting other women
doing the same. Plus, I'm adding a Career Path Assessment (more info to
follow). Don't discount the value you bring to others in transition
and transformation. I'm starting a waitlist for the pilot groups starting mid-August

Time
Commitment:
Each week will
consist of reading a book chapter for the week’s content and exercises. (Videos
are still in development at this point). Be ready to commit at least 2-3
hours per week for reading, reflection, and active work on assignments in
addition to the one-hour live cohort call every Monday at 6pm ET (zoom
invite will be sent once you confirm participation).
